Skills Group is a company specialising in the supply and administration of labour. We provide labour solutions to employers in all industries in the Eastern Cape and have offices in Jeffreys Bay, Patensie and Kirkwood.

Why are we unique?

Skills Group is the only company in the Eastern Cape that has an employment creation initiative together with Local Councils. Through our mobile recruitment centres employers can access live data of skills available in your direct area. Employers can gain access to our database of job seekers that has been categorized, screened and assessed.

We also provide training to unemployed candidates in order to equip them for the job market. Our main aim is to equip candidates with scarce skills. We focus on training in Construction, Tourism, Agriculture and Wholesale and Retail. This will ensure that productive and trained employees can be provided to employers.
