Labour Hire

We then draft industry contracts, run payrolls, handle industrial relations and IOD’s for staff supplied. Your employment risks are transferred to us allowing you to focus on your core business.

Skills Group has a team of trained professionals on call. We specialise in disciplinary hearings, and consultation/dispute resolution with unions. We can also provide assistance in CCMA hearings. We consult on Employment Equity and Skills Development Legislation and initiatives and provide customised BEE solutions.

Time and Attendance Systems

Time and attendance solutions can be leased or purchased from us. Our current system is based on wireless fingerprint technology and this service is provided by Inntime.

Placement services

Recruitment and placement of productive employees can also be done from our live database. All candidates from our database can be screened and assessed. We can also provide customers with job suitabilty profiles of candidates.
